Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel good about your subscription. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
Free tier
TrueID offers a free tier so you can try the core protection tools before paying anything. You are never charged unless you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel your paid plan at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to paid features until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
Refunds
- Monthly plans: because you can cancel anytime, we generally do not provide refunds for partial months.
- Annual plans: if you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase, contact us for a full refund.
- Billing errors: if you were charged in error or believe there is a mistake, contact us and we will make it right.
How to request
To cancel, use your account settings. To request a refund or report a billing problem, email support@trueid.help with the email on your account. We aim to respond within a few business days.
